Just last week, Dale and I were talking about the baby toys that we might be ready to get rid of, and we considered getting rid of the mega saucer. Now that Estella and Cordelia are mobile, they really enjoy being on the floor and crawling around more than they enjoy the mega saucer. However, they still sit in it sometimes, so we decided to keep it for now. Since then, Estella has found a new use for it -- she crawls through it like it is a tunnel!
I think the first time it happened, she dropped a toy into the base of the mega saucer and naturally went after it, but since then she is intentionally, repeatedly crawling through it just for the fun of it. I guess we won't be getting rid of the mega saucer any time soon!
